Field Research

Research is one of the primary foundations upon which everything we do is based. Our teams (including supervisors) are trained to audit their environments from beginning to end and report this back to us so that we can gather insights. Aside from the standard research our ambassadors do for reporting purposes, we can also use mystery shopping as an excellent tool to assess every aspect of a customer’s experience with a product - from the quality of the display to the helpfulness of the staff. This type of research also keeps our staff on their toes as spot checks are conducted randomly.
