Activation Results

An airport is an excellent place for an experiential activation campaign targeting flyers who are waiting in the departure areas and looking for something productive to do with their time. We carried out morning and afternoon activations at O.R. Tambo and Lanseria airports. Hippo Ambassadors were standing at beautifully designed pods and kiosks offering quote comparisons using on-the-spot online platforms to entice people to engage with the Hippo offering while they waited for their flights.


Increased awareness of the Hippo brand and of how quick and easy the Hippo service is to use. The quote comparison target was exceeded and Hippo was able to tap into a new market of users.
